What to do before calling us at 888-486-6824:

• Weigh your dog at least twice on a good quality scale to get an accurate weight.

• Measure from the front of your dog's shoulder blades (the two bony protrusions on top) to the base of the tail.  Make sure your dog is standing with a straight back.

• Measure around your dog's neck below the collar.  Snug the tape up a little, especially if your dog has a thick coat.

• Have your dog nearby if possible when you call.  We will also need to know the breed.
